The TOUGO Challenge summer camps is perfect for helping kids discover healthy lifestyle habits and keeping the camp teams motivated.
Quebec’s summer camps will be invited to meet the TOUGO Challenge summer camps, which runs from July 10 to 14, 2023.
For an entire week, the camp will feature a full slate of fun-filled activities that everyone can enjoy, based on three themes:
- Healthy eating: eating more fruits and vegetables every day
- Physical activity: exercising for 60 minutes a day
- Well-being: taking a moment every day to relax
As part of this week-long challenge, campers and counselors will be tasked with meeting exciting challenges related to healthy eating, physical activity and relaxation!
TOUGO Challenge summer camps is a joint initiative of the Fondation Tremplin Santé, which has adapted the Challenge to summer camps, and the TOUGO health platform.
