Ingredients
- 125 ml (½ cup) milk
- 125 ml (½ cup) frozen fruit
- 1 banana

Directions
- Place the frozen fruit on a plate.
- Let the fruit rest for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and pour.
Tips
- To boost your smoothie’s nutritional value, add chia seeds, powdered milk and/or silken tofu.
