Ingredients
- 750 ml (3 cups) Napa cabbage, chopped into thin strips
- 2 carrots, grated
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) sesame seeds
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) fresh coriander, chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) low-sodium soy sauce
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) olive oil
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) sesame oil
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) fresh ginger, grated
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) lime juice
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) brown sugar
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, sesame seeds, and coriander.
- In a small bowl, mix together all the other ingredients.
- Add to the salad.
