Ingredients
- 750 ml (3 cups) raw beets, peeled and grated
- 1 apple, cored and grated
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh coriander, chopped
- 20 ml (4 tsp.) cider vinegar
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Tips
Fresh parsley can be substituted for the coriander.
