Ingredients
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) whole wheat flour
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) milk
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) apple, diced
- 15 ml (1 Tbsp) unsweetened applesauce
- 15 ml (1 Tbsp) dark chocolate chips
- 5 ml (1 tsp) maple syrup
- 1 ml (¼ tsp) baking powder
- Pinch ground cinnamon

- Large cup
- Microwave
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a large cup.
- Stir lightly using a fork.
- Microwave on High for 90 seconds.
- Let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy !
