The coaching offered by the Fondation Tremplin Santé is the true added value of the Power Up Plus program. Tailored to your needs, the coaching services provided by the Foundation addresses the issues faced by summer camp staff, helps identify possible solutions, and assists teams in their efforts to promote the adoption of healthy habits.

Accessibility Program

The Fondation Tremplin Santé’s Accessibility Program provides financial support to give young people ages 5 to 16 from financially disadvantaged backgrounds access to leisure activities in camps that promote the adoption of healthy habits. The program allows Power Up Plus camps to stress the importance of adopting healthy habits (HH) to the most vulnerable youths during the summer break. There are 2 parts to the Accessibility Program:

Funding for HH projects

The HH project funding aspect of the Accessibility Program supports the creation of original projects that adresses healthy habits.  They are developped by day camps in financially disadvantaged areas and vacation camps where more than 30% of youth are from financially disadvantaged backgrounds.

Vacation grants

The Accessibility Program’s vacation grants cover camp tuition for young people aged 5 to 16 from financially disadvantaged backgrounds.
